Villa Zubeyir will be your home in Bodrum for a wonderful holiday experience where you will get away from the tiredness and stress of the year.

Our villa in Yalıkavak is located on a large land covered with olive trees, bougainvillea and flowers. Villa Yalıkavak is a traditional stone-built building with 2 floors, a pool in the garden, 1 living room + 3 rooms for 6 people. As a location, it is located in a place away from noise, intertwined with nature, but easy to access to the leading attractive holiday resorts of Bodrum.

The dining table and sitting area on the terrace overlooking the pool allow our guests to have a pleasant time.

There is a security alarm system and a safe in our villa.

Pool: There is a private pool with 160 cm depth, 8.30 m length and 4.20 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day.

*** A deposit of 2500 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is collected by the landlords as a damage security at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.

Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. Despite this, in our villas in the natural environment, insects and so on. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
