You can choose our Villa for a pleasant holiday option in the serenity of the tranquil and secluded nature. Our villa, in Kalkan / Üzümlü Village, has a fully sheltered pool surrounded by nature; Ideal for honeymooners, conservative or small families.

Our Patara sea view holiday villa has 1 bedroom with indoor heated pool and can accommodate 2 people. 1 bedroom has a king size bed for 2 people and a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi. (Indoor pool is heated in winter)

Located in Üzümlü Village, our sheltered honeymoon villa with a private indoor and outdoor heated pool has an elegant design and exquisite Patara sea and nature view. Our villa has all the tools and equipment you will need in your home, and there is free internet access.

Our villa consists of a bedroom with indoor and jacuzzi and a living / dining room with an open kitchen opening to the swimming pool. The dining table in the kitchen has a capacity of 4 people.

Pool: There is a private pool with 155 cm depth, 10 m length and 3.5 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day.

*** Indoor pool heating for the winter period is subject to a daily charge of 100 TL.

Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that the pool and sunbathing area of ​​our conservative holiday villa is not visible from the outside, it cannot be guaranteed that other parts of the villa (balconies, upstairs windows, car parks, some parts of the garden, etc.) are not visible from the outside as 100%.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Kalkan, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Kalkan is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Terms" specified on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 1000 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
