-Villa Myra is located in Kas, Kalkan, Islamlar, Antalya.

- Villa Myra has 3 rooms and a capacity of 6 people. Two rooms have a double bed and one room has two single beds. All rooms have their own toilet bath.

Our new villa has been designed ultra luxurious.

-Villa Myra is ten minutes drive from Kalkan beach.

-Our villa has a children's pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, hot pool and nature view.
- Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen (plate, knife, etc.).

-Villa Myra has been made sheltered for conservative families.

- Honeymoon package is extra 350 TL.

Note: For our guests who want to open a hot pool, a hot pool system is opened for 100 TL per day.

Note: An extra 400 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under the minimum length of stay. Minimum stay is 6 nights.

General Note: There may be construction in the region after November. There is a possibility of noise around the villa.

*** The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
 Although Kalkan is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, insects etc. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
