Our villa is located in the Kızıltaş area of ​​Kalkan. It is a private villa for you with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. The pool and garden part of our villa is sheltered, allowing you to enjoy the pool comfortably, and you will have the opportunity to rest your soul and body thanks to the jacuzzi in our villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., is done by the villa staff for a fee.

The customer who rents the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" stated on our website in advance.
Although these areas are developed settlements, they are scattered and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this issue, please inquire about the locations of the villas from our reservation department. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations are used because the navigations lead to wrong places. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. Airfare, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. are included in the prices. , vacation and health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.

At the entrance to the villa, a deposit of 500 - 5000 TL (or equivalent Euro, American Dollar or British Pound) is taken by the owners as damage guarantee, depending on the size and quality of the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the checks made by the host or his representative at the check-out, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause damage over the damage deposit you paid, it is your responsibility to replace the product you damaged or to pay the price to the villa owner.

All of our villas are regularly sprayed and cleaned with pesticides approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health against insects and pests. Despite this, there is a possibility of seeing insects etc. in our villas located in the natural environment.
