*** The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
 Although Kalkan is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price.
