Villa Galip 3 is a 4 bedroom luxury holiday villa which has been newly built and opened to tourism in Koca Calis, Fethiye. With its luxurious hotels and summer houses, Koca Calis is a neighborhood at the far end and overlooking the open sea after Fethiye's Calis District. This neighborhood is famous for its beach and beach. Since our villa is in this district, it is a great advantage especially for those who want to spend their holiday in a villa near the sea. Villa takes 7 people. All rooms are air conditioned and there is internet.

Room Information;

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed + dresser + wardrobe + jacuzzi + bathroom

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds + bedside table + wardrobe + shared bathroom

3. Bedroom: 2 double beds + bedside table + wardrobe + bathroom

Bedroom 4: 1 single bed + dresser + wardrobe + shared bathroom

All kitchen utensils you may need (such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven etc.) and living room furniture (such as LCD TV, air conditioner, satellite receiver, sofa set etc.) are carefully selected and designed.

Pool: In the garden of our villa, there is a sheltered private pool of 140-160 cm depth, 8 m length and 4 m width. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day.

Although there is a high degree of privacy from an outside eye arround the swimmingpool area but we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in other areas of this villa.

For customers information, this private holiday home is located in the inner parts of Calis, the roads leading to the villa might be narrow and uneven.

Please Note :A security deposit will be required in cash by the villa owner for staying in this villa. The deposit will be held to cover any damages and accidental loses, and will be refunded on the departure after the house is controlled by the owner or the representative. Amount is variable for each villa. Please check the house carefully on the arrival and inform our representative or the house owner for any demages or loses.
