Our villa with a fully sheltered pool located in Kalkan Üzümlü. Located against a magnificent view, our villa is a great option for honeymoon guests. Our villa, which has a modern and high quality architecture, is a suitable option for holiday in all months thanks to its heated pool.

Our honeymoon villa with Patara and nature view has 1 bedroom with bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. There is 1 king size bed in the bedroom. From the open-plan living / dining room and kitchen area, the swimming pool and barbecue / patio area, designed to be invisible from outside, is passed.

Our holiday villa with jacuzzi and indoor heated pool, located in Kalkan-Üzümlü Village, has elegant design and exquisite Uzumlu Nature and Patara sea views. Our villa has all the tools and equipment you will need in your home and there is free internet access.

Our villa consists of a bedroom with a bathroom and a heated indoor pool and a living / dining room with an open kitchen opening to the swimming pool. The dining table in the kitchen has a capacity of 2 people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 12m x 4m and 1.35 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff on duty every day.

Indoor Pool: 5m x 2.5m and 1.20 meters deep

*** The Inner Pool is heated for a daily fee of 100 TL during the winter months.

Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that the pool and sunbathing area of ​​our conservative holiday villa is not visible from the outside, it cannot be guaranteed that other parts of the villa (balconies, upstairs windows, car parks, some parts of the garden, etc.) are not visible from the outside as 100%.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Kalkan, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Kalkan is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the price, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances and VAT are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Terms" specified on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 1000 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
