Our villa; It is one of the 17 wooden villas located in Kalkan Kızıltaş Area. As mentioned in the pictures, the villas are in three rows of three columns and one villa was built without obscuring the magnificent view of other villas.
Thus, the villas have a magnificent view of Kalkan.
Our villa with a capacity of 4 people has 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom in each room.
Our villa has a luxurious and comfortable living room with an open kitchen, modern and comfortable facilities.
The sheltered design of the private swimming pool of our villa is especially beneficial for the satisfaction of our honeymoon couples and conservative families.
Closed garage is available.
Kalkan is a residential area built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure.
The villa owner takes care of the pool maintenance, garden maintenance and garbage of our villa.
To our villas; On the first day, the entrance time to the villa is 15:00 in the afternoon. The last day exit time from the villa is 10:00 in the morning. During these hours, the general cleaning of our villa is done. We would like to point out that if you check in to the villa early, we cannot help. We request you, our valuable holidaymakers, to enter and exit the villa at specified times.
NOTE; High season price is applied between 1 May and 31 August.

*** The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
 Although Kalkan is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, insects etc. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
